Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are generally final.

However, we want our customers to have a great experience.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or other resolution when appropriate.

FragranceIQ does not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
